HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN LIDDED BOX - A rectangular porcelain box with ormolu mounts produced by Wong Lee. The ceramic body features an intentional crackle glaze and is decorated with hand-painted polychrome enamel floral scrolls and stylized bird motifs in gold, blue, and burgundy tones. A blue and gold Greek key border is present on the lid. The piece is fitted with cast metal mounts in the Rococo style, including a scrolling foliate handle, decorative rims, and a base with four scrolling foliate feet. MEASURES: 10 x 8 x 8 inches CONDITION REPORT: The item is in good condition. The crackle glaze is a factory-applied decorative effect. The metal mounts exhibit an applied antiqued patina. No visible chips, cracks, or restorations to the ceramic or metal components.
