19th Century Gosau Austrian Trophy Deer Mount - Very cool and unique 19th century Austrian trophy deer taxidermy mount from October 1893 in Gosua Austria. Deer head mounted to black forest carved wood Acorn and Oak leaf motif mounting as shown. Another great huntsman decorative item. Good condition overall as shown, minor separation on right ear. Measuring approx 43” tall x 20” wide x 20” deep. The deer could possibly be someone later mount and not from 1893, unknown, never the less what a great display!!
