Classical Italian Renaissance Style Cabinet - A fine later rendering of an 18th century Italian cabinet. Solid hand carved two door cabinet, richly decorated and gilded with polychrome neoclassic vignettes of urns, swags, floral sprays, putti, winged faces and winged nude female figures, raised over ogee bracket feet, the interior fitted with two upper shelves, Italy, 20th century. Condition; good with normal expected age wear, some mild flaking to paint and rubbing to gilding, the top re-varnished in ebony. Approx. 42” W x 36.25” H x 19.5” D.
