Old Masters Renaissance Genre Oil Painting - A fine late 18th early 19th century oil painting on canvas, although the painting is unsigned, clearly a follower of the Renaissance Old Masters painters. The mannerisms of those such as Leonardo DeVinci, TITAN Tiziano Vecelli, Peter Paul Reubens and others. Painting depicting Madonna with child, lower right young Saint John with laying lamb situated on a landscape with a herd of sheep in back mountain background as shown. Measuring approx 46” tall x 60” wide overall including the later gold frame and image size is approx 37” tall x 51” wide. Overall condition is good, although need cleaned as present a dull toning throughout as shown. see photos for details.
