Georgian Revival Style Mahogany Open Bookcase with Drawer - This small open-front bookcase is designed in the 20th-century Georgian Revival style and is composed of mahogany and mahogany-veneered wood with a high-gloss finish. The form is similar to those produced by Niagara Furniture. The unit features three open compartments divided by two fixed shelves. The side panels are decoratively scalloped, forming a gallery-style top and sides. The base contains a single full-width drawer equipped with two brass-toned bail handles on batwing-style backplates. The piece is supported by four shaped bracket feet and features an inset paneled board back. This is a single, solid unit and is not sectional or stacking.
