The piece features a pale green textured body and an ornate, gilded, double-scrolled handle leading to a ruffled rim. Centrally placed is a transfer-printed portrait of a woman in 18th-century style dress, framed by a gilded laurel branch motif. The underside of the base displays a blue circular maker mark reading VICTORIA AUSTRIA, an impressed number 15, and a handwritten 73. Approximately 10 inches in height.
