Hand-Painted Mid-Century Steel Milk Can Umbrella Stand - This item is a repurposed mid-20th-century industrial milk can utilized as an umbrella stand. The vessel is constructed of rolled and welded steel with a painted finish. The exterior is decorated in a moss-green color with gold-toned bands encircling the neck and base. A central hand-painted folk-art panel depicts a wilderness landscape with a figure in a canoe, a lake, evergreen trees, and mountains. The vessel features a tapered shoulder with two integral curved handles. A small white adhesive inventory label bearing the numbers 0707 is attached to the shoulder. No manufacturer marks are present.
