Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Camellia Pattern Jardiniere and Pedestal - A two-piece ceramic planter assembly comprising a bowl-shaped jardiniere and a coordinating pedestal base. This set is produced by the Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Company of Roseville, Ohio. The exterior features an embossed floral and leaf pattern identified as the Camellia design. The pieces are finished in a high-gloss blended drip glaze in shades of forest green, tan, and brown. The underside of the jardiniere is incised with the markings R.R.P. Co. Roseville, O. No. 421 U.S.A. and features three protective felt pads. The pedestal base is of a matching glaze and molded design. A lot sticker numbered 0123 is affixed to the side of the jardiniere.
