10K Gold Glen Region SCCA Watkins Glen Lapel Pin - A triangular enamel lapel pin representing the Glen Region of the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), historically associated with Watkins Glen International racing. The pin is constructed from 10-karat gold with white enamel filling. The face features a stylized map of the Watkins Glen International race track, a checkered flag, and a circular SCCA logo. The right side is inscribed with the words GLEN REGION in raised gold-tone lettering. The circular logo on the left contains the text SPORTS CAR CLUB OF AMERICA around a central wheel device. The reverse of the pin features a clutch back. Below the pin post, there is an embossed mark featuring 10K positioned above a stylized flower or rose symbol. The characters flanking the central symbol are not clearly legible. The stylized rose device is the trademark for American manufacturer Dieges and Clust. Height: 0.75 inches (measured from top point to bottom edge). This antique pin exhibits overall surface wear consistent with age. The white enamel face shows minor surface grime and small instances of pitting (photo 1). The gold-tone borders and the reverse side show moderate tarnish and surface scratches (photo 2 and 3). The embossed hallmark on the reverse is partially obscured by texture and wear but remains identifiable (photo 3). The pin clutch is present and functional (photo 4).
