Antique Sterling Silver Lily Floral Motif Oval Brooch - An antique sterling silver brooch featuring a raised repousse floral design. The central motif depicts a lily flower in bloom, characterized by detailed petals and prominent stamens. The flower is flanked by elongated leaves and set within a continuous oval frame. The base of the stem terminates in a decorative scroll detail. The reverse side is fitted with a hinged pin stem and a simple C-clasp mechanism. An impressed mark on the reverse of one leaf consists of clear capital letters reading STERLING. Length: 1 7/8 inches Width: 1 3/8 inches Weight: 0.400 ozt. The brooch is in good antique condition. Natural surface tarnish and oxidation are visible throughout, primarily concentrated in the recessed areas of the floral design and on the reverse side (photos 2 and 3). The pin mechanism is intact and functional. No structural dents or significant scratches are observed.
