Vintage Tibet Art Deco Style One Jewel Mechanical Wristwatch - A vintage mechanical wristwatch featuring a rectangular Art Deco-style tank case with flared, stepped sides. The dial is finished in a light color with a distressed texture and bears the printed name TIBET below the 12 o'clock position. The dial features raised Arabic numeral hour markers, a minute track, and a subsidiary seconds dial at the 6 o'clock position. The case is constructed from base metal with a stainless steel back. The interior of the case back is stamped with the name Sutton in a stylized script, followed by the text BASE METAL STAINLESS and the number 13305. The manual wind movement is visible and is marked LEVY & FRERES SA SWISS. Additional markings on the movement plates include UNADJUSTED ONE 1 JEWEL and the three-letter US import code PXA. The watch is presented without a strap or spring bars. Based on the provided ruler, the case measures approximately 26mm in width excluding the crown and approximately 36mm in length from lug tip to lug tip. Case width: 26mm Case length: 36mm. The watch is in poor, non-functioning condition and does not run. The dial shows significant surface wear, oxidation, and scratches throughout (photo 1). The hour and minute hands are missing, and the sub-seconds hand is detached or missing (photo 1). The crystal is missing. The case shows heavy wear to the plating, particularly on the stepped sides and lugs (photo 2, 4). The winding crown is heavily oxidized and shows loss of finish (photo 2). The case back has numerous surface scratches and areas of discoloration (photo 3). The movement appears complete but shows surface oxidation and grime (photo 7, 8).
