Bulova Windsor 10K Rolled Gold Plate Manual Wind Wristwatch - This vintage Bulova manual-wind wristwatch, identified as the Windsor model, features a round 10K rolled gold plate bezel and a stainless steel case back. The case is distinguished by ornate, flared scroll-style lugs. The cream-toned dial displays applied gold-tone Arabic numerals, a sub-dial at the 6 o'clock position for tracking seconds, and gold-tone hour and minute hands. The dial is printed with the name BULOVA in black below the 12 o'clock position. The manual-wind movement is engraved with BULOVA WATCH Co, 17 JEWELS, 10BM, and U.S.A. The exterior of the case back is stamped BULOVA, A9, and the serial number 2728452. The interior of the case back is stamped BULOVA, 10K ROLLED GOLD PLATE BEZEL, STAINLESS BACK, and NEW YORK. According to the ruler in the photograph, the case diameter is approximately 28mm (photo 8). The watch is in a non-running state and is missing the crown and stem (photo 5). The 10K rolled gold plate bezel shows significant wear and loss of plating, particularly on the scroll lugs and edges, revealing the base metal underneath (photos 2, 3, and 5). The cream dial exhibits even discoloration and oxidation, with a concentrated spot of corrosion near the center post (photo 2). The gold-tone hands show surface oxidation and loss of finish (photo 2). The acrylic crystal is heavily scratched and clouded across its surface (photo 1). The stainless steel case back shows numerous fine surface scratches consistent with use (photo 4). The movement appears complete but exhibits light surface oxidation (photo 6). The interior case back shows significant green verdigris along the rim (photo 7).
