Vintage Jean Louis Roehrich Swiss Mechanical Ladies Wristwatch with JB Champion Expansion Bracelet - A Swiss-made ladies wristwatch featuring a mechanical wind movement that is in running condition. The circular silver-toned case surrounds a cream dial featuring printed Arabic numerals and a railroad track outer minute scale. The dial is printed with the name JEAN LOUIS ROEHRICH below the 12 o'clock position and INCABLOC above the 6 o'clock position. It is equipped with luminous-filled hour and minute hands and a central sweep seconds hand. At the base of the dial, the words SWISS MADE are partially visible. The watch is fitted with a stainless steel screw-down case back that is stamped with the serial number 186027. The timepiece is paired with a vintage expansion-style bracelet. The exterior links feature a textured cross-hatch pattern. The interior of the bracelet links are stamped with a JB logo inside a triangle and the words CHAMPION U.S.A. The watch is in well-used vintage condition. The dial shows significant even patination, discoloration, and spotting throughout (photos 2 and 3). The crystal exhibits numerous surface scratches and a notable crack or deep scuff near the 8 o'clock position (photo 2). The case, lugs, and crown show moderate surface wear and scratching consistent with age and use (photos 1 and 4). The bracelet links show some accumulation of debris between the segments and wear to the silver-toned finish (photo 5). The screw-down case back shows heavy scratching and pitting to the metal surface (photo 7). While the watch is noted as running, it has not been tested for long-term timekeeping accuracy; professional servicing is recommended.
