Antique 0.935 Silver Manual Wind Trench Style Wristwatch - An early 20th-century manual wind trench or transitional style wristwatch featuring a circular silver case. The white enamel dial is designed with black Arabic hour numerals, a contrasting red 12, and a minute track accented by gold-toned dots and diamond-shaped markers at five-minute intervals. The watch is equipped with blued steel hands and a pin-set mechanism, operated by a small button at the 4 o'clock position. The movement is a bridge-plate design with a regulator scale marked with S, F, R, and A for adjustment. The case back is hinged and opens to reveal several internal markings. These include a rectangular stamp reading 0,935, indicating a silver purity of 93.5%. Adjacent to this is a circular hallmark depicting a crescent moon and a crown. An oval mark containing the characters M and C is also present. The interior case back is further stamped with the serial number 300330. The watch is fitted with fixed wire lugs and a black textile pull-through strap. Based on the user-provided facts, the movement runs loose second hand. Case diameter: approximately 28mm (excluding crown). The enamel dial exhibits significant crazing and several hairline fractures, particularly visible between the 12 and 4 o'clock positions (photo 1). The blued steel hands show surface oxidation and loss of finish (photo 1). The silver case displays heavy tarnish, numerous surface scratches, and small indentations consistent with age and field use (photos 2, 3, and 4). The knurling on the winding crown is significantly worn (photo 2). The crystal is missing from the bezel (photo 1). The internal movement shows visible surface grime and oxidation (photo 5).
