Timex Electronic Gold-Tone Date Wristwatch - A vintage Timex Electronic men's wristwatch featuring a round gold-tone base metal bezel and a stainless steel case back. The dial exhibits a gradient fumé finish, transitioning from a light silver center to a charcoal perimeter, accented by applied gold-tone baton hour markers and a date window at the 3 o'clock position. The dial is printed with the name TIMEX at the 12 o'clock position and the word Electronic in a stylized script above the 6 o'clock position. The case back is stamped with a circular layout reading TIMEX at the center, surrounded by WATER RESISTANT, BASE METAL BEZEL, and STAINLESS STEEL BACK. The watch features a gold-tone crown at the 3 o'clock position and traditional lugs for strap attachment. This timekeeping instrument needs a battery for operation. Case diameter: approximately 35mm (measured across the widest point excluding crown). The watch is in fair to poor condition. The acrylic crystal is heavily scratched across the entire surface and exhibits several deep cracks, notably near the 12 and 2 o'clock positions (photo 1, 5). The gold-tone plating shows significant wear, brassing, and pitting on the lugs and bezel (photo 2, 3). The dial displays heavy spotting and patina consistent with age (photo 1).
