Vintage Heloisa Incabloc 17 Jewels Mechanical Wristwatch - A mid-20th century vintage mechanical wristwatch by Heloisa. The dial features a champagne-toned finish with Arabic numeral hour markers and a printed minute track. Centrally, the dial is marked in cursive script Heloisa, followed by 17 JEWELS and ANTIMAGNETIC. Above the six o'clock position, it is marked WATERPROOF and INCABLOC. The handset includes luminescent-filled hour and minute hands and a red-painted center seconds hand. The watch is housed in a base metal case with a screw-down stainless steel back. The case back is engraved around the perimeter with ANTIMAGNETIC, WATERPROTECTED, STEEL BACK, and INCABLOC. The watch is fitted with a gold-tone and silver-tone expansion bracelet. The interior of the bracelet links are marked TOPPS, STAINLESS STEEL BACK, STAINLESS SPRING, and JAPAN. This movement does not run. Measurements: Case diameter: 29mm (approximate, excluding crown) Total length including bracelet: 6.5 inches (unexpanded). The watch is in poor cosmetic condition and does not run. The crystal shows heavy scratching and several cracks, particularly visible near the four and five o'clock positions (photo 2). The dial displays significant oxidation, spotting, and discoloration throughout (photo 2). The case shows extensive wear with significant loss to the silver-toned plating, revealing the base metal underneath on the lugs and bezel (photo 1, 2). The crown shows heavy wear and pitting (photo 2). The case back has numerous surface scratches (photo 6). The expansion bracelet shows plating loss on the decorative top surfaces and accumulated debris between the links (photo 4, 7).
