The cover has significant creasing, surface wear, and staining, particularly in the upper right quadrant (photo 1). The edges of the cover show minor chipping and small closed tears (photo 2). Interior pages exhibit light creasing and corner folds (photo 6). A prominent damp stain is visible on the upper left side of the Lloyd Allen NYC advertisement page (photo 16). The spine edge shows multiple small stress lines and the staples show light oxidation (photo 4). The newsprint paper is naturally toned but remains supple.
