1907-1908 White, Stewart Edward. The Riverman. Grosset & Dunlap. Early Reprint Edition. - A hardcover copy of The Riverman by Stewart Edward White, published in New York by Grosset & Dunlap. The volume is bound in the publisher's light green cloth, featuring a color pictorial inlay on the front board depicting a man in a blue work shirt, orange sash, and blue cap holding a timber tool. The title and author are printed in a red decorative font on the upper board and the spine. The spine also bears the printed name GROSSET & DUNLAP at the foot. The title page includes a central printer's device featuring an anchor entwined with a dolphin and a floral vine. The text indicates illustrations are provided by N. C. Wyeth and Clarence F.
