1989-1993 George H.W. Bush Signed Presidential Memorial Certificate for Leroy G. Keal - A framed United States Presidential Memorial Certificate (PMC) issued to honor the service of Leroy G. Keal. The document is printed on paper and features a gold-tone embossed device at the top center depicting the Great Seal of the United States. The text, rendered in a formal cursive script, states that the United States of America honors the memory of the named individual in recognition of service in the Armed Forces. A black printed facsimile signature appears at the bottom left, readable as George Bush, situated above the printed title President of the United States. The document is professionally housed in a gold-painted wood frame under glass, featuring a double matting consisting of a wide black outer mat and a narrow gold-tone inner border.
