A Pair of New Old Stock Chrome Slip-On Mufflers for Harley-Davidson Touring Models - A pair of heavy-duty polished chrome steel slip-on exhaust mufflers designed for Harley-Davidson Touring ”Dresser” motorcycles. The mufflers feature a tapered megaphone body design with integrated mounting brackets, each containing two threaded mounting holes. The components are housed within their original protective clear plastic sleeves and are stored in a cardboard box. The box features a large printed black oval mark containing the characters CFR LLC. A white adhesive label on the side of the box bears handwritten text in black ink reading NEW VANCE & HINES MUFFLERS FOR DRESSER. A smaller white label on the side contains the printed numbers 14837 9436 40. A white shipping label on the top of the box is partially obscured by blue tape but shows a FedEx logo, the number 14837, and a barcode. The mufflers are in new old stock (NOS) condition with no visible carbon buildup at the inlets or road wear on the chrome finish (photos 1, 2, and 3). The chrome appears bright and reflective beneath the protective plastic. The original cardboard packaging shows significant signs of age and storage, including heavy soiling, water staining, and compromised structural integrity (photos 4 and 5).
