A Pair of Custom Chrome Motorcycle Inner Fork Tubes - A pair of chrome-plated motorcycle inner fork tubes manufactured by Custom Chrome. Each tube is finished in high-polish chrome. One end of each tube features a machined collar with small circular apertures for oil flow, while the opposite end is internally threaded to accept fork caps or plugs. The set is housed in its original cardboard box which bears a printed black logo of a winged shield containing the words CUSTOM and CHROME. A white adhesive warning label is affixed to the box, reading PLEASE READ BEFORE OPENING BOX BE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TUBES BEFORE YOU INSTALL AS NO FORK TUBES WILL BE TAKEN BACK THAT ARE SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR... CHECK FOR OVERALL LENGTH. A U.S. Postal Service shipping label is attached to the exterior, indicating it was sent from ESCONDIDO, CA and is postmarked AUG 08 09. A separate price sticker indicates an original retail price of $202.27. The internal diameter and length are consistent with aftermarket components for telescopic front fork assemblies. The fork tubes appear to be in new old stock condition with no visible signs of prior installation.
