Genuine Harley-Davidson Detachable Motorcycle Windshield for 2002 Road King - This genuine Harley-Davidson detachable motorcycle windshield is constructed from motorcycle materials, featuring a clear screen and chrome-finished mounting hardware. The assembly consists of a contoured clear screen supported by two vertical chrome brackets and a single curved horizontal brace. The brackets terminate in notched quick-detach mounting points designed for easy installation and removal. A multi-color decal is applied to the lower left side of the screen when facing forward. The decal features a shield-shaped logo with the words MOTOR at the top, a horizontal bar reading HARLEY-DAVIDSON, and CYCLES below the bar, followed by the text TRADE MARK. Below the logo, the word PATENTED is followed by two columns of numbers. The left column reads 2180521, 2126752, 2269670, 1834308, 1850348, and 1941801. The right column reads 1961145, 2091682, 2109315, 2109316, and 2111242. Further text at the bottom of the decal states OTHER PATENTS PENDING, HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTOR CO., MILWAUKEE, WIS, MADE IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The chrome-finished hardware exhibits scattered surface oxidation, small pits, and typical wear (photo 4). The mounting points show metal-on-metal wear at the contact surfaces but remain structurally sound (photo 3).
