Harley-Davidson 16 x 5.00 Airstrike Rear Motorcycle Wheel and Dunlop Tire Assembly - This is a single rear motorcycle wheel and tire assembly featuring a five-spoke cast aluminum wheel, commonly referred to as the Airstrike style. The wheel is finished in black with machined accents on the spoke edges and rim flange. The inner rim surface features a cast mark reading H-D. The rim flange is stamped with the characters 16 X 5.00 DOT. The hub is configured for an Isolated Drive System (IDS) on one side, containing five internal black rubber dampers marked with the letters H and A. The opposite side features a five-bolt mounting pattern for a brake rotor. Internal bearings are present. The wheel is fitted with a blackwall Dunlop D407 tire. The tire sidewall bears molded lettering reading HARLEY-DAVIDSON and DUNLOP D407, along with the size specification 180/65B16 M/C 81H. A DOT code is present on the sidewall reading DOT DA28 013M 0210. Total diameter: approximately 24.5 inches (photo 6) Tire width: approximately 7 inches (photo 7). The assembly is in used condition. The wheel surfaces show an accumulation of road grime and brake dust throughout (photos 1, 4, 5). Minor surface scratches and small nicks are visible along the polished aluminum rim edges (photo 1). The internal cush drive rubber dampers appear intact but show signs of compression from use (photo 5). While the tire retains moderate tread depth, the date code 0210 (photo 2) indicates it was manufactured in early 2010. Due to age, the tire should be inspected or replaced by a professional technician prior to road use. No major structural cracks or dents were observed on the rim.
