A Set of Custom Chrome Split Fat Bob Style Motorcycle Fuel Tanks and Accessories, Part 887-131 - A set of motorcycle materials consisting of two fuel tank halves and associated hardware components. The tank set is housed in an original cardboard box marked with a printed black logo reading CUSTOM CHROME above a double C device and the text PRODUCT OF MEXICO. A white adhesive label on the front lower right corner is printed with the part number 887-131. One tank half is shown in its internal cardboard divider, sealed in a translucent plastic bag. Included is a petcock in a sealed blister pack with a black and orange header card reading CUSTOM CHROME and a circular orange sticker reading IMPROVED GAS FLOW. The reverse of the petcock packaging features a barcode label reading PRODUCT OF TAIWAN and specifies compatibility for 75-82 models and tanks with 13/16 inch connections. Also included is a nameplate adapter kit in a sealed bag. The label displays the Harley-Davidson Bar and Shield logo and text reading 61840-94T, 02/28/02, NAMEPLATE ADAPTER KIT, 55-56, and MADE IN TAIWAN. The label also references part numbers 61814-55T, 61841-94T, and 61780-91T for use with Fat-Bob style gas tanks. The set is New Old Stock (NOS) in original packaging. The fuel tanks remain sealed in their internal plastic wraps (photo 4). The mounting hardware and petcock are in unopened retail packaging (photo 5, 7). The external shipping carton exhibits signs of age and storage, including light staining, creasing, and handwritten markings (photo 2). No faults are visible on the metal surfaces of the components.
