A Sterling Silver and Gemstone Earring Lot - This lot consists of an assortment of sterling silver earrings featuring a variety of natural gemstones and decorative motifs. Included in the collection is a pair of Chinese lapis lazuli earrings featuring triple strands of round beads with silver-tone spacers suspended from triangular plates. The reverse of the plate bears an impressed mark reading DR CHINA 925. A pair of large Thai hoop earrings is decorated with small green spherical beads along the outer circumference; the interior of the hoop is stamped with an impressed mark reading SX 25 THAILAND. The lot features tiger's eye earrings with oval cabochons in bezel settings and lever-back closures stamped with an impressed 925 mark. Amethyst is represented in two styles: a pair of tiered drops with three heart-shaped faceted stones, and a pair of oval-cut faceted dangles, both featuring lever-back closures with impressed 925 marks. One pair of teardrop mother of pearl cabochons is set within ornate beaded silver frames, the reverse of which is stamped with an impressed 925 mark. The collection is further comprised of celestial-themed dangles including sun and crescent moon faces and sun faces with wavy rays, alongside pear-shaped faceted garnet drops, two styles of black stone drops in pear and tiered oval shapes, and abstract dangles set with clear circular stones. Lapis lazuli earrings: 2.5 inches in total length Green beaded hoops: 1.75 inches in diameter Tiger's eye drops: 1.5 inches in total length Tiered black stone drops: 1.5 inches in total length Mother of pearl drops: 1.25 inches in total length. The earrings are in good overall condition with some visible signs of age. Oxidation and surface tarnish are present on the silver components, particularly on the reverse of the lapis lazuli (photo 6) and mother of pearl earrings (photo 14). One mother of pearl cabochon exhibits a fine internal hairline fracture or natural inclusion (photo 11). The green beads on the hoop earrings show minor surface wear (photo 7). All lever-back and hook closures are intact and functional.
