Sterling Silver and Peridot Gemstone Y-Necklace - A sterling silver necklace featuring four faceted light green peridots. The design consists of a central pear-cut peridot drop and three round-cut peridots integrated into decorative S-curved links. The necklace is constructed with these stone-set links and a bail on the central drop, all pavé-set with small round colorless accent stones. The necklace is joined by a twisted curb or Singapore-style chain and fastens with a lobster claw clasp, including a 2.5-inch extender chain finished with a small metal bead. The reverse of the central pendant drop bears an impressed mark consisting of the numerals 925 above a second character that is not clearly legible. Wearable length: approximately 15 to 16 inches, plus 2.5-inch extender chain Pendant drop: approximately 1 inch. The necklace is in good condition with significant tarnish and oxidation visible on the lobster claw clasp (photo 3) and the reverse side of the pendant settings (photo 4). The peridot gemstones exhibit natural internal inclusions (photo 2). A professional cleaning would be required to restore the bright finish of the silver.
