US 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar - A 1921 US Morgan silver dollar struck at the Philadelphia mint, composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The obverse displays a left-facing profile of Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap with the inscription LIBERTY, cotton, and wheat, surrounded by thirteen stars, the Latin motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, and the date 1921. The reverse features a heraldic eagle clutching an olive branch and arrows within a laurel wreath, accompanied by the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ONE DOLLAR, and the motto In God we trust in Gothic script. This coin represents the final year of the Morgan dollar series and lacks a mint mark. Weight: 0.863 ozt. The coin exhibits uncirculated surface details with original mint luster. Multiple contact marks and bag scratches are present across Liberty's face and the surrounding fields (photo 1). Similar scattered contact marks and small abrasions are visible on the eagle's breast and throughout the reverse fields (photo 2).
