The coin features selective gold plating on the raised elements of the Walking Liberty obverse and the heraldic eagle reverse. The obverse includes the inscriptions LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and the date 2009. The reverse includes the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, and 1 OZ. FINE SILVER~ONE DOLLAR. No mint mark is visible. The coin is contained within a clear plastic circular capsule. Diameter: 1.6 inches (40.6 mm). The coin is in uncirculated condition with high luster and no visible wear, marks, or toning on the silver or gold surfaces (Photos 1, 2). The clear plastic capsule shows extensive surface scratching and scuffing (Photos 1, 2, 3).
