A Pair of Mexican Sterling Silver Figural Grape Cluster Drop Earrings - A matched pair of vintage sterling silver drop earrings, each featuring a three-dimensional cluster of grapes surmounted by two textured vine leaves. The earrings are suspended from simple French hook ear wires. The reverse of each grape cluster charm is impressed with the word Sterling in a sans-serif font and the word MEXICO in capital letters. One earring also bears a small rectangular stamp on the reverse of a leaf containing the letters TA followed by numerals that are not clearly legible. Dimensions: Each earring has a total drop length of approximately 1 1/4 inches as measured against the scale provided. The grape cluster charm itself measures approximately 5/8 inches in length. Weight: 0.098 ozt (approximately 3.05 grams). The earrings are in good vintage condition. A natural darkened patina is present in the recessed areas of the grape clusters and textured leaves (Photo 1), which serves to highlight the sculptural details. The ear wires show minor irregular bending consistent with normal use and wear (Photo 2). No significant scratches, losses, or structural damage are visible in the provided photographs.
