US 1776-1976-S Bicentennial Eisenhower Dollar Proof in Bradford Authenticated Case - A US 1776-1976-S Bicentennial Eisenhower Dollar proof coin strike. Struck at the San Francisco Mint as indicated by the S mint mark, the coin features the Dwight D. Eisenhower portrait obverse and the Bicentennial Type 2 Liberty Bell on the moon reverse design. The coin is encapsulated in a plastic slab with a label reading 1976-S, SS1, Authenticated PROOF Eisenhower Dollar, and BA17-00201-001. The lower corner of the slab obverse features a circular emblem with a stylized B. The reverse of the slab contains a barcode and a holographic sticker repeating the word AUTHENTIC. The coin is housed in a red-finished wooden presentation box with a hinged lid. The interior lid is lined with black velvet and features a silver-toned metal emblem with a central B surrounded by the text BRADFORD AUTHENTICATED. The exterior of the box features a rectangular silver-toned metal plaque reading THE 1976 PROOF EISENHOWER DOLLAR. The coin exhibits proof strike characteristics with reflective fields and frosted devices. Visible surface hazing and light golden-brown toning are present on both the obverse (photo 2) and reverse (photo 4). The plastic slab shows minor surface scuffing and dust accumulation (photo 2). The wooden presentation box and metal plaque appear in good condition with no significant visible damage or losses.
