A Collection of Italian and Domestic Sterling Silver Necklaces and Pendants - An assortment of thirteen sterling silver neckchains in various styles including bead, ball-and-bar, herringbone, rope, box, link, and snake chain with fixed bead accents. The collection features two pendants: one solid heart-shaped pendant and one openwork teardrop-shaped pendant set with a single faceted pink gemstone. Stamped marks are present throughout the lot to identify metal content and manufacturing origins. A flat oval tag is stamped 925 RO alongside a circular stamp containing the letters SU (photo 5). A lobster claw clasp is stamped 925 (photo 6). A pendant tag is stamped ITALY above 925 (photo 7). A separate chain tag is stamped 925 (photo 8). Two oval tags are stamped ITALY and 925 (photos 9 and 10). A cylindrical end cap is stamped 925 ITALY (photo 11). A spring ring clasp is stamped STERLING (photo 12). A ball chain connector is stamped STERLING (photo 13). A diamond-shaped tag is stamped 925 above a star followed by 405 AR above ITALY (photo 14). The pieces are in good used condition with light signs of wear consistent with age. Minor surface scratches and tiny abrasions are visible on the polished surfaces of the pendants and chain links (photos 1, 2, and 3). Natural oxidation and varying degrees of tarnish are present across the collection, notably on the heart pendant and several chain links (photo 3). The faceted pink gemstone in the teardrop pendant is intact with no visible chips or cracks (photo 1). No breaks, kinks, or previous repairs are observable in the chain links or clasp mechanisms.
