A Pair of Tiffany and Co. Sterling Silver 1837 Circle Drop Earrings - A pair of sterling silver drop earrings from the 1837 collection by Tiffany and Co. Each earring consists of a circular hoop charm suspended from a fishhook wire featuring coil and ball details. The obverse of each charm is impressed with three distinct oval stamps: the left stamp reads 925, the right stamp reads 1837, and the bottom stamp reads T and Co. A small impressed 925 mark is also present on each earring wire. The earrings are accompanied by a teal fabric drawstring pouch printed with the Tiffany and Co. name in black text. The earrings are in used condition with heavy, dark tarnish visible across all sterling silver surfaces (photo 2, 4). The charms exhibit fine surface scratches and minor pitting consistent with age and wear (photo 4). The fishhook ear wires are slightly misshapen and bent (photo 3). The teal drawstring pouch shows minor lint and light wear to the fabric (photo 1).
