1921-D United States Morgan Silver Dollar - A 1921 Morgan silver dollar struck by the United States. The obverse features the left-facing profile of Liberty wearing a cap inscribed with the word LIBERTY, surrounded by the motto E PLURIBUS UNUM, thirteen stars, and the date 1921. The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings holding an olive branch and arrows, framed by a laurel wreath. It includes the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, In God we trust, and ONE DOLLAR. A small impressed D mint mark is visible on the reverse, located just above the letters DO in the word DOLLAR. Weight: 0.860 ozt. The coin displays significant signs of circulation and handling. Numerous fine scratches and small nicks are visible across the fields and on the portrait of Liberty (Photo 1). The reverse shows similar wear with scattered surface marks and contact nicks (Photo 2). Minor rim dings are present along the outer edge (Photo 1, Photo 2). Dark toning and debris are evident in the recessed areas of the design and lettering (Photo 3).
