A 1926 US Peace Silver Dollar - A US silver dollar dated 1926, struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The coin features the Peace Dollar obverse and reverse designs (KM# 150) and is composed of 90% silver and 10% copper. The obverse is inscribed LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and 1926. The reverse is inscribed UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. The coin has a reeded edge. Weight: 0.860 ozt. This coin is in heavily circulated condition and exhibits a dull gray patina. Significant surface wear has flattened high-point details on both the obverse (photo 1) and reverse (photo 2). Numerous visible scratches and scuffs are present across the fields and devices of both sides.
