1918 P&H All-Spark Plug Cardstock Advertising Display Card - A vintage lithographed cardstock advertising display card for All-Spark plugs manufactured by P&H. The rectangular card features a yellow ground with a prominent black central oval. At the top of the oval sits a printed red and yellow shield containing the characters P & H. The header text reads ALL-SPARK in red block letters flanked by small graphic lightning bolts. Below this, the word PLUG is printed in large yellow block letters, followed by a patent date reading PAT. AUG. 20, 1918. The lower section of the oval includes the printed red slogans MORE POWER MILEAGE and LESS GAS-- CARBON. To the left, a grayscale illustration of a spark plug is featured with red lightning bolts emanating from the base. The hex nut portion of the illustrated plug bears the printed mark P&H over PATD. The reverse side of the card is composed of plain yellow cardstock with no additional printing. Width: 11 1/4 inches Height: 6 1/8 inches. The card is in good vintage condition with strong color retention. Minor softening and shelf wear are visible at the corners and along the perimeter edges (photo 1). A small nick or compression mark is visible on the center-right edge (photo 8). The surface shows very light scattered dust specks but no major creases or tears (photo 4). The reverse shows minor handling smudges and a small orange-tinted mark on the left side (photo 6).
