A 14 Karat Yellow Gold and Diamond Marquise Cluster Cocktail Ring - A 14 karat yellow gold cocktail ring featuring a marquise shaped cluster of approximately 25 round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds are of varying sizes and are arranged in a tiered navette formation within a prong setting. The ring head is constructed with an open back gallery for light transmission. An impressed mark is visible on the interior of the yellow gold shank, however the characters are worn and not clearly legible as a name or numeric hallmark (photo 8). Based on the provided specifications, the ring is constructed from 14 karat gold. Ring Size: US 7.5 (photo 12) Weight: 2.92 dwt (photo 10). The ring is in good vintage condition. There are visible surface scratches and minor abrasions on the gold shank consistent with age and previous use (photo 9, 11). The gold shank appears slightly thinned at the base (photo 8). One small prong at the tapered end of the cluster setting shows signs of wear (photo 5). The gemstones exhibit surface debris and would benefit from professional cleaning (photo 4, 7).
