Van Briggle Arts and Crafts Pottery Lorelei Three Figure Vase in Persian Rose and Turquoise Glaze - A Van Briggle art pottery earthenware vase featuring a three figure variant of the Lorelei design. The tapered body is set on a flared, lobed base and leads to a multi-lobed rim. The upper portion displays three stylized Art Nouveau female figures in high relief, with their flowing hair and elongated forms blending seamlessly into the body of the vessel. The piece features a two-tone matte glaze, blending from a deep pinkish-purple Persian Rose at the base to a Turquoise Ming blue at the top. The underside is marked with the incised double A factory logo in a square, VAN BRIGGLE, and U.S.A. Height: 7.5 inches. A significant chip measuring approximately 0.5 inches is present on the exterior edge of the base rim. The vase displays typical light surface wear and minor glaze irregularities associated with age and production. No additional cracks, chips, or restorations are observed.
