A Pair of Vintage Tissot Seastar Seven Wristwatches Reference 315 T - This lot features two Tissot Seastar Seven wristwatches characterized by their front-loading monobloc cases. The first timepiece is a gold-filled Seastar Seven Automatic, reference 315 T. It features a silvered dial with a vertical brushed linen texture, applied gold-tone baton hour markers, and an applied Tissot logo. The dial is marked Automatic and Seastar Seven, with T Swiss Made T at the six o'clock position. The second timepiece is a stainless steel Seastar Seven, reference 315 T. It features a silvered dial with applied silver-tone indices and logo, marked Seastar Seven and T Swiss Made T. Both watches possess circular case backs with sunburst brushing, engraved with the marks Waterproof and Use Key No 315 T. The gold-filled example is mounted on a brown leather strap with gold-tone expandable metal end links. The stainless steel example is mounted on a brown leather strap with contrast stitching. Case size: 34mm. Both watches require cleaning. The gold-filled watch shows visible wear to the gold finish on the edges of the lugs and case; the acrylic crystal has multiple surface scratches. The stainless steel watch exhibits heavy dark oxidation and patina across the entire dial surface and the acrylic crystal is scratched and requires replacement.
