Sky Thunderbird Corporation Sterling Silver Ladies Native American Style Quartz Wristwatch - A ladies quartz wristwatch featuring a two-tone base metal case with a gold-tone bezel and a stainless steel case back. The dial features a marbled teal and green finish with gold-tone hands and Roman numeral markers for twelve and six o clock. The dial is printed with the word NATIVE in gold-tone uppercase characters above the center and QUARTZ below. The watch is fitted with decorative sterling silver tips attached to a stainless steel expansion band. Each tip features a bezel-set round turquoise cabochon and an oval red coral cabochon, accented by stamped and cast floral and foliate motifs. The reverse of each sterling tip is impressed with a mark consisting of the characters STC followed by a copyright symbol, the word STERLING, and the word USA. This mark identifies the manufacturer as Sky Thunderbird Corporation. Total combined length of watch case and silver tips: 2.5 inches Case width excluding crown: 0.86 inches (22 mm) Case length: 1 inch (25 mm). The watch shows significant wear to the base metal case, including pitting, loss of plating, and green oxidation visible on the bezel and around the edges of the stainless steel case back as seen in photo six. The crystal exhibits multiple surface scratches visible in photos one and two. The sterling silver tips show a natural dark patina and light tarnish throughout as seen in photo three. The turquoise and coral cabochons are securely set; the turquoise stones show natural matrixing. The stainless steel expansion band is intact with minor surface wear. The quartz movement is currently untested and likely requires a battery replacement.
