Southwest Style Sterling Liquid Silver and Blue Gemstone Double Strand Necklace - A double-strand necklace composed of sterling silver liquid silver beads, also known as heishi tube beads. The design features two strands that transition into sections of round, polished blue gemstone beads with white and gray mottling, characteristic of sodalite or denim lapis. Each gemstone bead is separated by a small spherical sterling silver spacer bead. The necklace terminates at each end with tapered silver cones leading to a spring ring clasp and a link chain extender finished with a small round bead. The spring ring clasp bears a stamped mark consisting of the characters SIG 925 (photo 3). The characters SIG represent a monogram or abbreviated maker mark, and the 925 confirms the silver content as sterling grade. Length: 12 inches when folded (approximately 24 inches total length) plus a 2-inch extender chain. The necklace is in good pre-owned condition. Light to moderate tarnish and patina are present on the silver beads, cones, and clasp assembly (photo 3, 5, 6). The blue gemstone beads appear intact with no visible chips or cracks (photo 2). The stranding is secure with no signs of fraying.
