Crown Trifari Silver-Tone and Rhinestone Maple Leaf Brooch - A vintage costume jewelry brooch designed in the form of a five-lobed botanical leaf, specifically a maple leaf. The piece is constructed from silver-tone base metal with an openwork frame and textured rope-twist detailing along the edges and veins. The materials are identified as Crown Trifarri. The leaf is pavé-set with numerous clear, round faceted chaton rhinestones. On the reverse center, there is an impressed mark consisting of a crown symbol positioned above the capital letters TRIFARI followed by a copyright symbol. The brooch is fitted with a horizontal straight pin stem and a rolling safety catch. Height: 2.5 inches Width: 2.25 inches. The brooch is in good vintage condition. All rhinestones appear original, clear, and securely set with no missing or darkened stones visible (photo 1). The silver-tone finish on the front is bright and intact. The reverse side shows minor surface wear and light oxidation in the recessed areas (photo 2). The pin mechanism and rolling safety catch are complete and in good working order (photo 2).
