Silver Filigree Maple Leaf Brooch with Rotating Safety Catch - A silver-toned metal brooch fashioned into a five-lobed leaf motif with a curved stem. The design features a central bead from which five primary ribs radiate, defining the lobes. Each lobe is filled with intricate scrolled wire filigree work. The reverse side holds a horizontal pin mechanism equipped with a rotating safety catch. A small, impressed rectangular mark is located on the central rib of the top leaf lobe on the reverse side; the characters within this stamp are not clearly legible and do not spell a recognizable name. Weight: 0.145 ozt. The brooch is in good vintage condition. The fine wirework appears intact with no broken segments visible in the photographs. Moderate tarnish is present on the reverse side, concentrated primarily around the pin hinge, clasp, and central soldering points (photo 3). The pin mechanism is functional.
