Paul Vermot Art Deco Sterling Silver Tonneau Form Ladies Wristwatch - This Art Deco period ladies wristwatch features a tonneau-form case crafted from .935 purity sterling silver. The manual wind mechanical movement is signed by Swiss maker Paul Vermot and contains 15 jewels with 3 adjustments. The aged cream-colored dial displays stylized black Arabic numerals and a rail-track minute circle. The case is equipped with fixed wire lugs designed for a ribbon or cord strap. The interior of the case back is stamped with Sterling Silver, Paul Vermot, Swiss, the decimal mark 0.935, and a Swiss rampant bear hallmark. The reference number 22 is also stamped internally, alongside hand-scratched jeweler marks reading N/921. The movement is visible upon removing the snap-on case back and shows signature stamps for P. Vermot and Swiss origin. Case length: 25mm Case width: 15mm. The watch does not run. The winding crown is missing from the case side. The dial shows heavy discoloration, spotting, and age-related patina. The sterling silver case exhibits overall scratches, scuffs, and tarnishing. The crystal has surface scratches.
