Vintage Gold-Toned Trench-Style Military Wristwatch Head - An early 20th-century trench-style wristwatch head featuring a gold-toned metal case with an ornate, scrolled bezel. The aged champagne dial displays stylized black Arabic numerals 1 through 12, complemented by an outer 24-hour track numbered 13 through 24. The dial center is decorated with circular engine-turned graining. The case features fixed wire lugs designed for use with a pull-through strap. This piece needs a crown and stem. Case diameter: 24 mm Height (lug-to-lug): 30 mm. Non-functional and missing components. The watch head is missing the crystal, winding stem, and crown. The gold-toned finish shows heavy wear throughout, particularly on the case back, where the underlying base metal is exposed. There is visible green oxidation in the decorative crevices of the bezel and lugs. The case back is heavily scratched. The dial shows significant patina, yellowing, and minor spotting consistent with age.
