Bulova Accutron Ana-Digi Quartz Alarm Wristwatch Reference 6897 T - A vintage Bulova Accutron analog-digital quartz alarm wristwatch. The timepiece features an octagonal gold-plated base metal bezel and a stainless steel snap-back case. The brushed silver-tone dial is detailed with applied Roman numeral hour markers at the cardinal points and baton indices elsewhere. The display consists of analog hands and a rectangular digital liquid crystal display window above the six o'clock position. The dial is signed Accutron Quartz Alarm at the top and Swiss 6897 T at the bottom. The crown is embossed with the Accutron tuning fork logo. The case back is marked Bulova P0, indicating a manufacture date of 1980, and features a presentation engraving for the Marine Midland Quarter Century Club dated 1982. The watch is mounted on a gold-tone Speidel expansion bracelet. Per provided specifications, the watch needs a battery and pusher. Case width: 32mm excluding crown. Fair to poor. The gold plating shows significant wear and loss on the bezel and bracelet links, exposing the base metal beneath. Widespread surface scratching is present on the crystal and case.
