Vintage Omega 14K Yellow Gold Ladies Manual Wind Cocktail Watch, Runs - A vintage ladies Omega dress watch featuring a solid 14 karat yellow gold case in a marquise-style oval shape. The case is designed with decorative textured leaf-motif lugs. It features a champagne-toned dial with applied gold-tone baton hour markers and matching baton hands. The timepiece is powered by an Omega manual-wind movement, caliber 485, with 17 jewels, Swiss made. The movement serial number 33681939 dates the production to approximately 1971. The case interior is marked with the Omega logo, 14K GOLD, and the manufacturer mark J&W for Jonell & Wainwright, alongside reference numbers AA 5707 and 01225. The exterior case back is engraved 25 YEARS MEL BRUYERE NEW YORK TELEPHONE 1973. The watch is fitted with a black cord strap and a gold-tone fold-over clasp with a safety chain. The watch is in running condition. Case width: 15mm (excluding crown) Case length: 33mm (lug-to-lug). The watch is in good vintage condition showing wear consistent with age. The 14 karat gold case exhibits light surface scratches throughout. The crystal has multiple visible scratches. The dial shows very minor spotting and a light patina. The movement appears clean and is confirmed to be running. The black cord strap shows significant fraying at the attachment points and requires replacement.
