A Group of Lionel O and O-27 Scale Model Railroad Accessories - This lot contains model railroad accessories manufactured by Lionel LLC, primarily constructed of molded plastic. The group includes three items in their original packaging and one loose accessory. The boxed items consist of a set of fourteen O-27 railroad signs, model number 6-62180, dated 1997; a blinking-light billboard featuring Southern Pacific artwork with the slogan Live The Dream. Own The Best. LIONEL., model number 6-12974, dated 1997; and a blinking light billboard featuring Santa Fe Super Chief artwork, model number 6-24155, dated 2004, which includes five classic railroad billboard inserts. The loose item is a billboard accessory featuring a movie poster for the Paramount Pictures film True Grit starring John Wayne. This loose billboard is housed in a dark green plastic frame with a lattice-work base and includes green and yellow electrical wiring for illumination. All items are designed for O or O-27 scale layouts. The three boxed items are housed in original orange and white or window boxes that exhibit varying degrees of shelf wear, including surface scuffing, minor corner blunting, and old retail price stickers. The loose John Wayne billboard shows visible surface dust and minor grime, particularly on the top edges. The functionality of all electrical components, including the blinking light mechanisms and wiring, has not been tested.
