Lionel O-Gauge 2019 Christmas Boxcar 1928490 - This Lionel L.L.C. O-gauge model train boxcar is the 2019 Christmas edition, catalog number 1928490. The boxcar is constructed with a plastic body and features die-cast metal trucks with operating couplers. The exterior is finished in black with festive holiday graphics. The left side depicts a snowman, a gift box, and Santa Claus in a sleigh pulled by reindeer against a night sky background. The right side is inscribed with the text Merry Christmas to All 2019 in a stylized white font. Centered on the car is a red sliding door that features a small white label reading 28490 Built 2019 By Lionel. The item is housed in its original Lionel orange and blue window-style box. Markings on the box include the circular Lionel Since 1900 logo, a red end-flap label with the product name and catalog number, and a barcode 0 23922 02359 9. The reverse side of the packaging is printed with copyright 2019 Lionel L.L.C. information and Made in China. The number 72-9801-200 is printed in the upper left corner of the box back. A factory-stamped code 21419EL appears on the end flap. The car remains secured within its internal plastic packaging along with a silica gel desiccant packet. The boxcar appears to be in new, unused condition, remaining in its original factory packaging. The box shows only very light shelf wear with crisp corners and intact window plastic.
