New York Central 5405 Hudson Steam Locomotive and Tender - This O-gauge model train set consists of a New York Central 4-6-4 Hudson type steam locomotive and a coordinating tender, attributed to Lionel. The locomotive features a die-cast metal body finished in matte black with the road number 5405 printed in white on the cab sides. The engine is designed with a 4-6-4 wheel arrangement and includes detailed silver-toned metal valve gear and metal handrails. The tender is finished in matching matte black with New York Central printed in white on the sides and features a molded simulated coal load. The set is presented on a section of three-rail O-gauge track. The locomotive and tender are in pre-owned condition showing visible surface dust and minor play wear to the paint finish from previous use and storage. The set appears externally complete with no major missing parts visible. Mechanical and electrical functionality have not been tested.
