The car represents the Jersey Central Lines and is designated for Passenger Equipped On Line Service. The body is constructed of black plastic with yellow printed graphics and text. The left side of the car is marked CRP 7404 and includes the text Merchandise Freight Between Allentown and Phillipsburg along with technical capacity data. The right side features the Jersey Central Lines logo incorporating an illustration of the Statue of Liberty. The car is equipped with metal wheels and axles and features operating knuckle couplers. The item is housed in its original orange and cream window box, which includes internal factory plastic wrapping. The back of the box carries a 1983 copyright date for Fundimensions, Mount Clemens, Michigan, and is marked Made and Litho in U.S.A.
